At IPC, we take great pride in the quality of our product
from the farm to your facility.

Each step of the quality control process ensures that our product meets your exacting needs, our demanding requirements, and recognized international and domestic certification standards.

Onsite field and distillation monitoring

IPC has a network of experienced field managers who are responsible for monitoring all mint growing areas. Our field managers are knowledgeable about each region's soil, harvest schedule, climate, irrigation regimen, and other conditions that affect oil quality.

We partner directly with the growers to monitor crops from planting to distillation. Our field managers make recommendations on distillation parameters to achieve optimal quality. We also share agricultural and research information aimed at promoting quality, consistent harvests, optimal yield, and cost efficiencies.

Through this close cooperation, farmers enjoy improved harvests, and IPC has access to the very best oils available to produce your quality mint products.

Production testing

Every drum of mint oil we purchase comes through our laboratory and production facility for rigorous analytical and organoleptic evaluation.

Standardization, rectification, and blending

The purchased oil then enters the processes that are IPC's true expertise-standardization, rectification, and custom blending. Once again, every step is monitored and cross-checked by flavor experts and instrumental analysis to achieve uniformity of flavor and appearance.

Our dedication to quality from field to final product means that each shipment is of the same high standard, year after year.

Certification standards

IPC's quality systems are ISO 9001:2000 certified. We are also certified by the Orthodox Union ("circle U"-Kosher), and IFANCA (Islamic Food and Nutrition Council of America-Halal), and can provide appropriate documentation with your shipment.
